If you’ve been in-studio lately, you would have seen we gave out Chia Seed Puddings in the mornings. We are so blessed to have many members/ collaborators to work with on different things. Mercedes was able to share her latest Chia Seed Pudding Recipe with us. We’ve heard amazing reviews from it ever since we set them out on our juice bar.
1 Can of coconut cream
3 tablespoons of maple syrup (can also use honey, agave or some other sweetener).
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 tablespoons chia seeds
Whisk coconut cream, vanilla and maple syrup until combined. Add chia seeds whisk again until well combined. Cover and put in fridge for an hour. Whisk again, cover and let sit for at least 4 hrs or overnight.
*For thinner pudding use 3 tablespoons of chia seeds instead of 4.
Make it your own by adding fresh fruit, compote, Goji Berries, Almond Butter or even Greek Yogurt as a topping.
