Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Activate House website, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. These terms are subject to prevailing California Law.
Cancellation & Reservation Policy:
- To cancel or unreserve a class at Activate House, you must do so online or via the app.
- Class Package Holders: Failure to unreserve a class before the cancellation window (5pm the day before) or a no-show results in forfeiture of a class credit.
- Unlimited Members: Failure to unreserve a class on time incurs a $15 non-refundable cancellation penalty fee, and a $25 non-refundable no-show penalty fee for missed classes.
- Reservations and cancellations cannot be made through email, text, or social media messaging.
Payment Terms:
- Class credits, packages, and memberships are non-refundable.
- Monthly memberships are auto-renewable, and a valid credit card must be kept on file.
- Membership fees are charged every 30 days, and the cardholder permits Activate House to charge the card for in-studio purchases.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds are provided for class credits, monthly passes, memberships, or retail purchases.
- Retail items can be exchanged within 30 days, with tags attached, for store credit.
Height Requirement:
Riders must be at least 4' 11" to participate in classes at Activate House.
Studio Room Conditions:
- Activate House classes involve vigorous workouts, combining rhythm-based exercises and high-intensity intervals.
- The room temperature ranges from 68-95 degrees, and explicit music may be played during class.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- The trademarks "Activate House" and associated graphics are the property of Activate House LLC.
- Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Rider”, “Client,” “Member,” “Visitor,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We” and “Us” refers to our Company (Activate Method, LLC. DBA Activate House). “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us,” refers to both the Client and ourselves, either the Client or Ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance or consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect to the Company’s stated services and products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing California Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
The Activate House website allows clients to receive information about Activate House, as well as reserve, cancel, and pay for services and products offered at Activate House facilities. The services offered by Activate House include but are not limited to the www.activate-house.com website, which is hosted in the United States.
Activate House reserves the right to refuse, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. When you visit Activate House or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and therefore consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms of the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
COOKIES
We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You agree that Activate House is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the facility. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.
CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY
To cancel your reservation in an Activate House class you must cancel online or via your app.
To unreserve your class, you must go online or login via the app no later than 5PM the day before your scheduled class. Your class will be returned to your account.
If you do not unreserve your class before the cancellation window (5pm the day before your scheduled class) or you do not show up for class, you forfeit a class credit from your package. Unlimited Members: If you late cancel class, you will receive a $15 non-refundable cancellation penalty fee. If you no show a class, you will receive a $25 non-refundable penalty fee.
You cannot unreserve or late cancel a class through email, text message, and/or direct messaging through Instagram.
You are solely responsible for managing your class reservations, waitlists, and cancellations. When you arrive at the studio for class, you are responsible for confirming your full name at check-in so we know you are present. If you are not signed in by 4 minutes before the scheduled class time, your spot will be released to clients on the waitlist. As a courtesy to your instructor and other members, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class.
You are solely responsible for managing your reservations and for canceling classes within the framework of our cancellation policy. If you book multiple classes or are on the waitlist for multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within our cancellation policy. If you reserve a class by accident, or double book a class, or double book yourself on the waitlist, Activate House is not held responsible. Please be aware that we release spots 4 minutes before the start of class to those on the waitlist. If you are running late, please CALL the studio and speak with Activate House staff to ensure that we hold your spot. Activate House staff will add walk-in waitlisted riders in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system, top to bottom, 4 minutes before the start of class. To switch spots in the same class, you must let front desk staff no upon your arrival, we will do our best to accommodate.
BUYING CLASS CREDITS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
When you buy class credits or packages from Activate House, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Clients may elect to keep a credit card on file using their Activate House account online. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder permits the Activate House staff to charge the card for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.
MEMBERSHIPS
When purchasing a membership from Activate House, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Membership clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file using their Activate House account online. By purchasing a Membership, the cardholder and account holder permits the Activate House staff to charge the card every 30-days for their membership fee and also for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.
All standard memberships are available on auto-renew only. Monthly packages are required to keep a valid credit card on file. If your credit card is declined you have a 3 day grace period to make a payment before we freeze your pass. Monthly pass memberships can be canceled anytime after the first month with 30 days notice. Monthly passes cannot be used to book a guest and are non-transferable. Notice must be provided via email hello@activate-house.com. You cannot provide cancellation notice via Facebook and/or Instagram. All Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, via this auto-debit contract, and require you to keep valid, up-to-date credit card on file in your Account, and authorize Activate House to auto-bill you monthly.
All Memberships are subject to an initial three (3) month minimum term following activation unless otherwise noted in description (Weekly Subscription and Intro Unlimited) – or three billing cycles – before they are eligible for cancellation.
If you have a Membership and wish to purchase additional classes, You are eligible to do so at a discounted rate.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
At Activate House, we understand that life happens. If your membership (not a Sale Membership) is in good standing and your monthly dues are current, you are eligible for one (1) complimentary membership freeze per year of up to 2 weeks.
To request a membership freeze, please email us or visit the studio at least 10 days before your next billing cycle. Your request should include both the start date of the freeze and the intended reactivation date. If you wish to cancel your membership while it is frozen, the same policy for contract cancellations applies, requiring at least 10 days' notice.
Please note that if sufficient notice is not provided, we cannot guarantee a timely halt to billing. During any freeze period, billing will automatically resume at the end of the freeze period.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Certain class packages and discount codes are made available for first-time customers only. Customers cannot combine or use multiple first-time class promo codes towards credit purchases. Customers cannot use referral codes to redeem multiple complimentary classes. Limit of one (1) first-time promo code redeemable per person. The use of multiple discount codes to gain complimentary access or the creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts and accounts in breach of this policy are subject to a rectification fee. The company conducts regular verifications and should the company become aware of violations of this policy, the customer will be charged without warning for the full value of all products for which invalid discounts were received. All purchases will be non-refundable. Repeat violation of the discount and promotions policy will result in the cancelation of the customer’s account.
REFUND POLICY
We do NOT provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. We do NOT provide refunds for retail purchases. Retail items returned within 30 days of purchase, tags attached, can be exchanged for store credit.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
“Activate House”, “Activate House”, and our “A” stamp logo and other graphics, logos, designs, headers, footers, are service marks or trademarks of Activate House LLC and cannot be used for any other reason other than as expressly permitted by these terms. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of reserving classes and other personal use. Any other use of the materials on this website without prior written permission of Activate House are strictly prohibited.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Members can schedule private classes/ events. Cost, date, time, location, instructor, invitees, and payment are agreed upon in advance of the class or event following completion of a private class/event request form and by emailing hello@activate-house.com for confirmation.
COMMUNITY CLASSES/ FREE CLASS FRIDAY (BEGINNER FRIENDLY)
