This high-energy, total body workout brings together music, movement, breath work AND community all in one class.
You'll be pedaling to the beat of the music with our team’s perfectly curated playlists. You can’t go wrong as each instructor has their own styles and themes. You can expect to be pushed past your limits as your coach guides and motivates you through any challenges that come your way.
You will raise your heart rate and work out both upper and lower body. Just remember, listen to your body and go at your own pace. You will finish the workout with a meditative stretch that will leave you feeling revitalized.
Open to all levels, modifications optional.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will need cycling shoes. If you don't own a pair, no problem! All sizes are available to rent at the front desk for $3. If you want to bring your own, no biggie. Just make sure they’re compatible with the Delta clip or SPD clip.
EQUIPMENT:
If you’re a first timer, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to make sure our studio staff can show you around, answer any questions and set you up for class. If you know the drill, please make sure to arrive 5 minutes before class, otherwise your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist.
CHECKING IN:
Transport to a mini resort and treat yourself to our spa like amenities. From rain shower heads with acupuncture enhanced stone floors, we got you covered. We’re equipped with towels, hair dryers and toiletries so you can focus on what’s important, you.
RECHARGE AND RESTORE
Leave your belongings (yes, that includes your phone) in one of our lockers. Just choose a code combo and you’re good to go. When checking in you will always receive a workout towel to use during your workout. Don’t forget to grab a Eucalyptus towel to cool down after class.
