+ Resort includes a luxury spa, multiple 600 year old hot springs (both private and group), tennis courts, cold pool, a restaurant, a yoga room, workouts that commence from 8am-3pm daily. As a retreat attendee, you are able to take full advantage of the resort at no additional cost unless stated.

The Luxe Retreat King Room: our grandest rooms, with king bed + private bathroom (w tub or shower): *NO SHARING. THIS IS FOR 1 PERSON ONLY.*

The Oasis Retreat: with 2 double beds + private bathroom (w tub or shower): Limited amount of rooms.

+ Prices are per person and include accommodation, spa treatment (tips not included), hot springs, workouts, workshops, meals, and retreat activities. Enjoy plenty of time around the resort and take advantage of the spa, hot springs, tennis courts, yoga room + offerings that the resort regularly has. We will have a dedicated space for our workouts, meals and activities.
+ A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
+ EARLY BIRD PRICING: Place your deposit by February 4, 2025 to save $$ on the above room rates. After February 4, 2025, pricing will be subject to change.

pricing + rooms
+ Airfare & transport not included — Retreat location is located approximately 3 hours from Activate House, 20 minutes from the Palm Springs airport. Book your flight into Palm Springs International Airport and plan on Ubering to retreat.
+ The retreat will commence at 5:00pm on Friday, May 23rd and will come to a close at 11:00am on Monday, May 26th. We recommend that you plan to arrive the evening of the retreat to give yourself some ample cushion.
TRAVEL INFO
Activate House does not offer refunds for the retreat deposit under any circumstances.
Please note that no exceptions can be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. We also do not offer refunds for guests who fail to attend, arrive late, or leave early.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance will provide coverage for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending the retreat, such as medical issues, work commitments, or travel disruptions.
Cancellation Timeline:
More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You will receive a refund of 50% of your total retreat payment, minus your non-refundable deposit.
Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be provided.
If Activate House must cancel a scheduled retreat for any reason, you will have the option to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat date of your choice. Alternatively, you may request a refund of your total payment amount (minus the deposit, which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method.
Please be aware that Activate House is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as flight tickets, lost wages, or other costs associated with making travel arrangements.
